I provide in person or virtual individual psychotherapy to people in St. Louis. I provide virtual therapy to people in New York. I work with people with a wide range of symptoms and difficulties. I also work with people who are exploring deep questions and those on a quest to find meaning in their lives.
I am a relational psychodynamic therapist. I am also influenced by humanistic and existential psychology, mindfulness and somatic-based therapeutic approaches, attachment theory and systems theories. Please contact me if you have any questions about my therapeutic approach.

I offer supportive consultation to therapists who are interested in learning more about a psychodynamic approach to treatment.
While I am experienced, I very much remember the challenges that appear when clinicians are just getting started. I am passionate about helping newer therapists navigate their career paths and find their therapeutic voice.
I am happy to schedule a call with anyone interested in discussing consultation.
Topics I can present on include: the art of the therapeutic relationship, Buddhist thought and its overlaps with psychotherapy, providing ethical care to clients all over the gender spectrum.
